Refund and Course Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: ThermaLinq stands behind the quality of its courses. If a student is dissatisfied with a course for any reason, a full refund will be issued upon request, provided that no course completion certificate has been issued. There is no strict deadline to request a refund prior to certificate issuance — student satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only if a certificate has not yet been issued for the course.

Refund Amount: 100% of the course fee paid — no partial refunds or deductions.

How to Request: Submit a refund request by email (info@traininglinq.com) or through the contact form at www.thermalinq.com. Please include your name, course name, and reason for the request.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of the approved request.

Course Cancellation by Provider: In the rare event ThermaLinq must cancel a scheduled course, all enrolled students will receive a full refund and will be notified by email as soon as possible.
